Home Found- Buyer looking for a single family, newer up to $325k, will need closing help. Would like Carrol or Frederick County. Will need closing assistance.
Home found- Buyer looking for a luxury home, up to $550,000, would like at least 1 acre, finished basement, lux bath, newer. Areas include Washington County, Frederick County and Carrol County.
Home Found- Buyer looking for a single family, newer up to $500. Must have a nice view and be on public water and sewer.
Home Found- 1st time homebuyer looking for something in the ballenger area, under $240k. Will need closing assistance.

Would like upgrades such as granite, crown molding, newer carpet, fresh paint. Nice lot size at 1/4 acre and relatively level yard. Can do up to mid $500's, but would prefer $500 and under. No city taxes please. Really like Lake Linganore and Urbana. Can settle anytime.
Home Found- Buyer looking for a 3 Bedroom and up home, Single Family, any style is good. Must be clean with some upgrades. Flat yard and prefer fenced-they have a dog. Garage at least 2 car is a must. Prefer the New Market area. If lot size is more than .25 that would be a great bonus. They don't mind doing painting. Will need closing help. Looking up to $400k.
